iCOR accepts motor vehicle accidents (MVA), motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, and any other personal injury accidents. Detailed reports as well as detailed exams are provided for all cases.
These include:
Comprehensive final reports ranging from 8 to 12 pages.
Special Report: Electronic Range of Motion Testing with improvement scales through data and graphs. The AMA 5th Edition Guidelines, adopted by the state of California, notes that Range of Motion testing must be performed utilizing a duel inclinometer. Otherwise, average/eye ball ROM testing is invalid. Our office utilizes the JTech Functional Outcome Assessment System and Computerized Duel Inclinometer.
Special Report: Radiological Reports. X-rays are read by a licensed Chiropractic Radiologist, D.A.C.B.R. X-rays are scanned directly on the comprehensive reports.
Comprehensive S.O.A.P. charts are taken on a daily basis. All charts including initial intake forms and S.O.A.P. charts will be sent out with the reports.
Impairment Ratings. Due to the adoption of the AMA 5th Edition Guides for Evaluation of Permanent Impairment in the state of California in 2005, impairment ratings must be performed via the 5th Edition Guides.
iCOR accepts cases on LIENS.
