iCOR believes in the value of Chiropractic Care
and Massage
for you and your family.
We are maintain a fair and reasonable pricing structure (See our fees below). And you can also check for our package fees at our office.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, business/personal checks and cash. You can also use your Health Savings or Flex Spending account to pay for your care.
Chiropractic Care is considered a qualified health care expense for Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Chiropractic Care is also a tax deductible expense (IRS Pub 502), so make sure to keep track of what you are spending or contact our office at the end of the year and request a statement.

INSURANCE
With respect to insurance, we are considered "out of network" providers. If you have a PPO plan, your policy may cover a portion of your treatment.
Our insurance policy is to collect payment in full at the time of service and provide you with a Superbill (a detailed invoice) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This policy allows us to keep administration costs to a minimum so we can continue to offer exceptional care at fair and reasonable prices for everyone.
If you have questions about your policy and what it covers, we encourage you to call the customer service number on your insurance card. At minimum, you need these questions to be answered:
1. Is Chiropractic Care a covered benefit?
2. Are there any limitations?
3. What are my "out-of-network" benefits for Chiropractic Care?
4. What is my "out-of-network" deductible, and how much has been met?
5. Ask where you can find a written detail of your Chiropractic Care coverage.
Initial (New Patient) Fees: $250
(Initial) 1-on-1 with Doctor 1 hour
Follow up (Report of Finding) visit of 45 minutes
Complimentary Thai Massage of 30 minutes
*All inclusive with the fees mentioned above.

Office Visit Fees: $115
Routine visit in a group room of 30 minutes.
***We offering discount packages ( 5 visits, 10 visits and 20 visits)
You can choose check our packages offers at the counter
Revaluation Fees: $150
Upon confirming an appointment check patients past appointments if they have been missed for over 2 years. This fee is subject to charge for rechecking.
Massage Fees:
Thai Massage with Eligio $70 for 30 minutes/ $140 for 1 hour
HOME VISIT:
Emergency Home Visit
Typically $300
Non-Emergency Home Visit
Typically $150

* Insurance is not accepted. A bill can be provided to you to submit to your insurance company.
Fees are based upon, time of day, time spent traveling, milage (10 mile radius from iCOR office, no additional charge), weekends, holidays, and difficulty of case. Every house call is a different situation. Fees have fluctuated from $150 to $300 depending upon the situation and services provided.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or re-schedule your appointment we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
You will receive the automatic text message at least a day from our system for your booking.
Cancellations or missed appointment on the day without notice will result in a charge of your visit on package or $50 fee will be collect.
This policy is in place out of respect for both our doctors and our patients.
